Technical difficulties resulted in being hung up on.

Had problems after attempting to use my phone to fill out the forms, I had discovered that I could not provide a 'digital signature' to completing the form. This resulted in me calling their customer support department just from which I navigated the 'press this for blank' sequences until I was placed on hold, from which the music would abruptly stop and I'd hear a click.. which was the call being disconnected.
I tried to take this into my own hands and use my personal computer instead, I attempted to edit my online background check form, found that my password was no longer valid. I went through the steps to fix that issue, eventually successfully resetting my password.
I then was met with an 'authentication error', I would get on the phone and expressed this to a representative of my possible employer whom informed me to attempt HireRight Inc. customer support again.
I call once more, finally getting a very quiet human being who took down my information and seemed very interested in fixing my problem. She told me she was going to connect me with someone in their technical support branch who is better trained to handle the situation...

Almost like if someone just lifted up the phone for a second and places it back down to end the call.
