MOST INCOMPETENT BACKGROUND CHECK COMPANY

I am in the process of having my background check conducted by HireRight, Inc.
They have lost documents (HOW CAN YOU LOSE A DOCUMENT THAT WAS UPLOADED TO YOUR OWN SERVER???), they attempt to verify information that does not need to be verified. One of my former employers was grilled over information and they were pissed at ME for it because HireRight, Inc. gave them incorrect information.
I have had to resubmit the same release form not once, not twice, not three times, but SEVEN TIMES!!!!
This company is truly the most incompetent company I have ever been in contact with.
They also email me with my social security number in the body of the email! I am putting a block on my credit reports so these imbeciles do not release my sensitive and confidential information to the world.
