This company is very slow and unreliable. I followed up every single day for the completion of my background check. I always have a clear record. All I can say I have never experienced this delay on background checks. I called customer service every single day to follow up but they told me each time it's 88% complete and will be completed in 24 to 48 hours and they never followed through. I talked to different people Deborah, Josh etc and last one the supervisor named Mary who was very unprofessional. I was supposed to start on a certain date but the company put me on hold because of the pending report. Don't trust this company it can put your life on hold.
