Honda Cars of Corona is horrible!!
I went to purchase a used 2006 Honda, put $1,500 down and drove away. Then 30 days later "Rafael" in financing calls and says he has "paperwork he needs to have me come and sign"
While at his desk and with me out of the room, "Rafael" took my car keys out of my purse and upon my return to the room he tells me that my credit is fine but my Mother, my co-signer, is not approved and he is "taking the car back"! Only then did I realize he had removed the keys from my purse!
I asked for my $1,500 down to be returned, I was told they "would work on it". It took 30 days of FIGHTING and numerous calls before I was told I would only get $1,000 back and they were keeping $500. This is WRONG!
