Very helpful and great prices

It was a really hot day last summer and I tried to call about 5 other local AC companies in the area and everyone said that they were two days out in setting an appointment to have a tech come service my broken AC system. I tried one more company and Jeff
answered his phone very politely, I asked him if he was available to come out soon and he said he'd be by that day. Before ending the call he asked me questions about my unit and what was going on with it, I told him what I could hear when it came on and he
then shared with me what could possibly be going on in a way I could understand. Mind you I don't know anything about air conditioning or how it works. Within an hour or two he showed up at my door, clean cut and professional looking. First thing he asked
me is if he could put booties on before coming into my home, I told him it didn't matter to me but he put them on anyways, I thought that was so nice that he cared about my home. He then asked to look at my thermostat and where it was located to turn my AC
system on, he then asked where my Ac system was located and if I could show it to him. Very polite young man. He told me that he would check out my system and then come back in and share with me what was going on and what my options would be to go from there.
It didn't take him very long to figure out what the issues were and what his recommendations were. He gave me options on what I could do to resolve my issues with my 20 plus year old AC system, and with each option he priced everything out for me with no hidden
fees. It was pretty simple that I needed a new AC system to replace my old one with. He broke the cost down so that I knew what I was paying for and again gave me options on what I wanted to do from there. He explained to me that my old system wasn't efficient
and that it was a big reason why my electric bill was so high the past few years when running it during the hot summer months. He offered me an option to upgrade not just my AC system but my Heater as well, and told me that the two work together and that if
one is old and the other is new that they wouldn't work together very well and I wouldn't save much money just replacing the outside unit, so I asked him how much it would cost to replace everything. I was expecting it to be $10,000 to $15,000 and it was way
less then that. Once he gave me the final total I told him I needed to think about it since it was such a large amount of money I was going to have to put out. He told me that it wasn't a problem and that he understood and then suggested to me that I call
around asking other companies or contractors what they would quote me for replacing my old system just so I could have something to compare his quote to. I told him I would. I called him back the very next day and told him that I wanted him to install my new
system and that I didn't need to call anyone else because he was very honest and upfront with me and that I knew I could trust him from the very first time I meet him. He laughed and said thank you for those kind words and that he would be ready to install
my new system the very next day. I am so pleased that I was able to meet Jeff and am grateful for the wonderful job he did in replacing my old system. Since having my new AC and Heating system installed my bill has been roughly around $200 to $250 less then
what my bill use to be each month when running the AC, and I run it all the time. Thank you Jeff for being so kind and so helpful, I recommend him to all my family members and friends all the time. I even tell strangers about him, lol.
