Best Refinance Experience Ever!

We are writing this 5-star recommendation for the best mortgage agent and team we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with – Mr. Travin Lu’i and Intelliloan! Mr. Lu’i called us a little more than a month ago and convinced us on the idea that he could reduce our mortgage from 5% to 3.75% in 30-days; and that Metropolitan Home Mortgage would pay all of the closing costs. On top of that, we would not have to pay a mortgage payment for 2-months.
When it comes to our hard earned money, we naturally operate at the speed of trust. And Travin garnered our trust the old fashioned way; he earned it. First, when he first clearly explained how Intelliloan engineered the refinance process in such a way that we could get results in 30-days, we challenged him with a lot of questions! To our pleasant surprise, he answered every single one in a prompt and courteous manner.
Travin then spent the next 30-days walking us through every step of the refinance process. We’re confident that he must have been busy orchestrating some herculean work behind the scenes, because everything seemed to run so incredibly efficient.
Finally, at closing, we had a couple of last minute questions when we were signing the plethora of paperwork. Mr. Lu’i made sure we had a thorough understanding of what we were signing; which gave us peace of mind.
