Great Customer Service with a warm and caring attitude

Doug Burchard was in charge of re-financing my mortgage loan and I did not expect such care that he took to do this for me. I was very stressed out with the mortgage and it had been raised to an exhorbitant amount. I was really relieved when Doug took over, he walked me through everything and really gave me positive feedback all the time knowing that I needed a shoulder like his to help me out. I have not known anyone to take such care as he did and although I was beginning to think being a homeowner was foolish he helped me through the process every step of the way and made me feel dignified when I was really down. Thanks to Doug I see smooth sailing and really wish I could meet him personally to thank him but this is the best I can do. With people like Doug the world is a better place. Thank-you Doug Burchard for all your help.
