Very bad brand for warranty and repair

it is a very bad company. the watch is 15 months> I use this watch 2 or 3 days a week.
The bracelet was broken.
I sent my watch in September to change the bracelet because it is a special bracelet Invicta.
The time to have an answer = 4 weeks.
I live at 2o minutes to the factory office but it is impossible to bring the watch.
I paid to send the watch by post and I paid advance to they send me back the watch. I paid for the bracelet.
They think that i will receive it in December.
It is incredible.
I am very disappointed by this brand.
I put one star because we do not put Zero .
