I purchased a watch from shopnbc in July 2010 and in August the bracelet broke.
I sent the watch to Invicta via ups 0n 8/20. After calling Invicta several times I still do not have the watch back. Six months seems to me to be an excessive amount of time. They either should repair the watch or replace it with equal value.
Certainly I will think long and hard before buying another Invicta product.
