Website provided an accurate description of the product. Pricing was reasonable given the quality of the product. Online status remained at "Paid" for 5 days, so I called the 800 number and reached a customer service rep in reasonable time. The service rep said she saw no status for my order, would contact the manufacturer, and get back to me by email. The next day, I received an email telling me my order would ship the next day. I also got a phone call from the rep to tell me the same. This was commendable follow-up. My order was delivered within 2 days of my call (7 days from order date). I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the great customer service.
