Hello
I am in Denver, Colorado a long way from Florida. I recently purchased a gorgeous, large jewellery box. The biggest I have ever seen. It ended up holding ALL of my jewellery. I wear large, bold jewellery, it held it all. It is the Camille model jewellery box. I have never done business with IVG,but I will be a return customer. I find IVG to be one of the best online shopping experiences on the Internet. They are quick to respond to an order, the merchandise came in excellent condition (not a mark on it,and it was all white as well), the delivery time did not go on forever before I got the item, and the customer service representative was extremely understanding and gracious. I had gone through my email, and did not know what I ordered from IVG. I called and the nicest woman took my call. She had my account pulled up and let me know what item I had ordered. What a pleasant experience. I used to be a customer service rep, so I know an excellent service person when I have a conversation with them. This is an A+ company, please shop with them soon.
