After a trip to NY, a rental car company tried to submit a claim on the vehicle I drove without allowing my relative to review the damage (it wasn't damaged when I returned the vehicle). I had used my Farmers Insurance coverage and the Farmers' adjuster as well as this agent's office worked very hard to protect my rights. The claim was dropped by the rental car company! I am very happy with the service I received and continue to receive! Egbert T.
