There are so many lenders and brokers out there to choose from. Jeremy Hardy landed his business with me because he was not too pushy, but was honest up front and didn't offer empty promises, just to get our business. Jeremy was right on the ball from
the get-go. He knows his business, and got all the documentation needs to me immediately. I had a few curve-balls for him to work around, but he made his way around just great. He was always in touch with us, several times a day. He was also very business-like,
and friendly too. He is a great person to work with. I felt he went above-and-beyond to get our loan to work. He was very speedy in getting back to us for other documentations that were needed by underwriting dept. He locked in our rate, and made sure it was
