I ordered a key from you (and your website made it easy to work out which one I needed!), and your video tutorials gave me the confidence to fit it myself. Which is brilliant, as a Mac professional quoted me roughly £30 (about $40) to do the same ;-) Delivered and fitted within ten days too, and I'm in the UK.
Thanks guys, I’d definitely recommend you and also know where to come again if I need you. I’ve also managed to fix my boyfriend’s computer whilst he’s in the bathroom - am wondering how long it’ll take him to realise he now has an ‘up’ arrow key again on his MacBook Pro ;-)
