Superb service and detailed info

I damaged a key on my Logitech K810 - talking about impossible trying to get information out of Logitech re buying a replacement key - came across these keys on line through a Google search - as I am in Europe they informed me that the Euro key on the #4 which is the key I broke was not available from them - I in turn located another supplier via eBay and placed the order mid December and paid for it - 6 weeks later still no key even though they gave me tracking info for the postal service. Anyway long story short I then got back on to these guys and ordered the key less than a week ago and boom it arrived today in the post.
They support their site with superb installation videos for every keyboard they provide replacement keys for.
