Replacement Key Savior & Great Customer Service
The keys on my key board started popping off, first I contacted HP as my laptop is still under warranty. They do not have or sell replaceable keys. I was told I needed to mail my laptop in and they would look at it and fix it. I do taxes, NO I'm not mailing you entire laptop. So I went searching on the internet and saw I typed in my laptop type and viola I found exactly what I needed. I checked reviews just to make sure the company was ligament. I did have a few questions before purchasing and sent an email to Laptopkey with my questions, not even 10 minutes later, I received a response. When my order arrived, the #4 key I had ordered did not fit. I emailed Laptopkey, explained my situation and received a message back apologizing the #4 key they sent was for the numbers on top of laptop not for the keypad.( I didn't know there was a difference). They are expediting the new #4 key.I am extremely impressed with how quickly,great and how nice the customer service is that I have received. I will defiantly be ordering form them again, should I need to.
