Ordered two times from this company (over the span of a year), and received great customer support w.r.t. making sure I got the correct key since I expressed doubts about it. I had an issue with one of the non-standard large keys of an old laptop model so I couldn't find which one I was supposed to order ANYWHERE online. I expressed my doubts about it in the purchase note, quickly received an email form them requesting some pictures and received my keycap in about a week across the Atlantic. Very happy with their service!
