TERRIBLE SCAM!

Their homepage asks you to use the dropdown to select the Brand, Series, and Model of your computer and then gives you your options for what keys to order. After selecting my exact computer, it only gave me one option so I ordered a couple of keys. They arrived and DID NOT FIT. I immediately contacted customer service and they try to tell me that I ordered the wrong keys.
How is that possible if you are only giving your customers ONE option to select? I sent them multiple screenshots of their own website to show them exactly how it told me to select the keys that I purchased, and they still want me to pay for new keys. Absolute fraudulent conduct. These people are running a scam to get your money and I'll be reporting them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
