Great solution. Easy fix with the right parts

I had family members with two laptops that were missing keys. I started researching replacement keys and found a number of vendors. Laptopkeys had the most informative website which enabled me to select the exact replacement for each laptop. There are a LOT of options which caused me some concern. I ordered for the first laptop to try them. The assistance in selecting the right ones was invaluable. I was pretty sure but checked with their helpline. It turned out I did NOT select the right one but they advised me which one was correct before actually ordering. The key arrived within a week and was the perfect fit. I then proceeded to go through the selection process again for the second laptop. This time I "guessed" correctly but did confirm through their helpline that I was correct. The keys arrived, fit perfectly, and now I have the two fully functioning laptops repaired for very little money. Great deal. Very helpful website backed up by great customer support.
