BUYERS BEWARE IF YOUR PRODUCTS DON'T WORK:
- Bought a Toshiba DLP lamp on 4/11/11, it failed in 3 weeks. Returned to Laptops For Less on 5/27/11 for a replacement.
- No response from them after 3 weeks, tracked on line: "Your product was not received yet". Horrified, I called, only met answering machine. Left message on line, was told "We received it, but needs to be tested. Testing department is behind".
- During the next 2 months after lamp was returned, I contacted many,many times, was told "lamp will be shipped to you soon...". The original warranty was only 6 months, I blew 2 months waiting already.
- Finally exactly 2 months after return, I was told: "We don't know when shipment will arrive to ship the replacement to you.". Period! I asked for refund of price of lamp plus my extended warranty for another 6 months (fully paid), they ignored my repetitive requests. They would not respond to my email requests despite of automated responds: "We will get back to you within 1 business day".
I am left without TV for 2 months, and they did not respond to my request for either full refund, or for lamp shipment PLUS 2 more months of warranty to make up for time lost. They ignored my 3 requests "just to hear a response from you, no matter what."

Please do not buy from Laptops For Less if you don't want it to happen to you.
