Larry H. Miller uses phrases like "we're gonna take care of you" and "let me work my magic". Neither of which are true. The thrill of purchasing a pristine used car was muddied when it came to light that they neglected to check the windshield seal. Within days of my purchase, after a good New Mexico storm, the inside of my car was flooded. Water ran from the windshield through the dashboard and filled the floor. Oh, they said there was no water damage, they said they fixed it. But, they never addressed the issue that my car was no longer pristine. So days later when one of the indicator lights came on they wanted me to believe it had nothing to do with the damage...
The most frustrating issue, NO ONE WANTED TO DISUSS IT. Not the sales manager not the general manager...
I do not recommend Larry H. Miller. I do not believe they are professional in their dealings and are not honest to their customers.
