Dont trust/use them

Trust me, worst customer service. They typically dont follow up unless you're going to get money from a claim (but that even takes a while). they are a business so their goal is to make profit only. But they have the worst customer service, witness friends
that left messages 4 months ago and still awaiting. There is no answer from the claims adjuster, they just dont get back to you. I hit their voicemail times...too. take ur money to someother insurance company
