Horrible- Misrepresentation of services
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY UNLESS YOU SIGNED DOCUMENTATION FROM YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY agreeing to all terms with Lenders Portal Direct. I hate to say, Chris Harrison the CEO of the company was very nice and personable on the first two initial calls. What was originally explained to me in the beginning regarding their services in helping me get caught up with my mortgage and preventing possible foreclosure was not the case. I got a call from Chris that my application was approve, FHA had extended the program, I needed to send them $2,800 and it would take a few months. When I started asking questions about documentation regarding the extension, how would I know if my mortgage company would agree to this. He kept stating I wouldn't until the end, I kept asking for documentation and guarantee, and Chris stated there was nothing to send me. They triple A rate with the BBB and I should trust them. He kept rudely stating they were interviewing me to see if I was a good fit and that I needed to trust them. I am not sending anyone any funds unless I have documentation from my mortgage company that they have accepted all negotiations from Lenders Portal Direct,. Chris ended up hanging up the phone.
