I used Weslend Mortgage several years ago and they were great. I started a refinance in December 2020 and it is no mid March. Communication sucks. Forget about actually talking it is all texting or emails. Try to call and they won’t answer the phone. How do I know? I immediately used my husband’s phone and they picked up immediately. I have sent all requested documents only to find out several days later that they didn’t receive.
It has cost more money because interest has gone up and they want $7000 for this aggravation. Never again.
