Absolutely Horrible

I ordered a shirt on April 1st, 2014. I had gotten an email for my receipt and on April 3rd, I received a tracking number for my package. I tried to track my package but it would never update. It turns out, they gave me a link to track it through UPS,
when they actually send the package through USPS. I tried going to the USPS website and track my package there, but when i typed in the number, it said "Not found". So, i tried reaching merchconnectionic through VIA email asking them for a new tracking number,
but they never got back to me. I sent them three emails, and called them multiple times and it went to voicemail everytime. It is now April 9th, and i still haven't received any package, let alone a new tracking number. I was supposed to have this by Saturday
for a birthday, but it looks like i'm going to have to find somewhere else to order from. Never will i order from this site again.
