I ordered 4 Between the Buried and Me shirts and one hat from these guys. Came pretty quickly, considering I live in Canada, so I was happy with that. Unfortunately when I opened the package there appeared to be a shirt missing. I immediately emailed them to let them know that there was an item missing. They emailed me back very promptly to let me know that they were out of stock on the item and had issued me a store credit (which included shipping). I checked the site but didn't want any of the other shirts besides the ones I had already ordered. I did notice one strange thing though. The shirt they had credited me for still showed as in stock on their website. I asked them about it and whether I could order the item. They let me know again that the item was out of stock, so I asked for a refund instead. They processed the refund immediately. They emailed me the next day to let me know that they had figured out what the problem was. The item had not been taken out of stock so it was still showing up on their website as in stock. They apologized for the error, refunded my money, AND they ended up sending me a free shirt. They sent the same one that I had ordered but in a different colour (I actually liked the one I ended up getting better anyway!).
At first I was a little put off that they didn't send the item that I had ordered, but they won me back by fixing the problem and doing everything they could to make up for their mistake. Not only that, but I got the free shirt extremely quickly. They sent it express post.
