I ordered from this company, on line, on Dec. 14, 2008. I received the order on Jan. 9. The customer service is very poor. There was no confirmation email. No communication at all after the order. The live chat on the site does not work, email was not answered using the form on the website. They only responded when I filed a Paypal dispute. We did receive the order in good condition.
