Horrible Company
Service did not do what it was supposed to. Terms do not clearly state that you need to remove them from SPAM email list in order to receive changes made to credit. Therefore I never received any reports. When I wanted refund for poor service, I was refused and treated very rudely. When I asked to speak to a manager - I was told that I was at the end of the line (from an employee with #___), clearly a false statement.
Poor Costumer Service + Poor Terms of Agreement = WORST CREDIT REPORT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
