My bank account had $14.95 deducted on 12/17 for a mini-credit report--I then noticed that on 1/17 another $19.95 was deducted from my bank account(NOT ORDERED!). Called one number, refered to another because the transaction was after the 15th on the month, talk to 2 reps, then he tells me to call the phone# I had called him on, a COMPLETE RUN-A-ROUND. Asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me they could not find my account using my ss#, or charge card---funny, they FIND IT TO MAKE CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!!!
I closed my charge card to stop them from continuing billing it.
SCAM. IRRITATING, HAVING THE RUN AROUND WITH THESE CONS!!!!
