Owner, Erkie Wells, guaranteed that I would see hair growth in 6 month with her treatments or get a full refund if it didn't work. After one year of treatments and spending over $5000 I did not see any hair growth. When I asked for a full refund the owner, Erkie Wells, refused. She was adamant that I had a specific scalp condition, that she treated it correctly, and that I didn't give it enough time to work.
Since then I have gone to a Board Certified Dermatologist, Endocrinologist, have had blood tests done to determine the cause of my problem, and received proper treatment which was all covered by my health insurance.
Ms. Wells was incorrect and I felt this was a scam. She didn't meet expectations of treatments and didn't give me a full refund as promised.
I urge all consumers to not get medical advise or treatment by this individual and this company that is not qualified to do so.
