This place was very unprofessional. At arriving, there was a guy in the establishment smoking and disregarded that there was a person coming in to the business. as he asked why we were there, he kept on smoking. As we were picking up our vehicle they were giving us our tow fees and i asked for there policies and fees. The guy who was doing the paper work didn t know what to say and brought another rude man that pointed at our receipt and as he pointed to the receip he state There thoses are my rates, we don t have anything else. Those are the rates . To my surprise i said ok , BUT WAIT! when I was waiting for the receipt, it took them 15 minutes to give it to me and guess what was attached to the recept? A printed paper(probably done at that minute) with fees and another one stating our rights. The funny thing is that the receipt and the fees paper didn t coincide. Be careful, know your rights for towing companies. They need to have fees posted up and they need their Access Notice.
