Adds unauthorized fees to monthly bill.

This company took over the billing process for the apartment complex live in in January of 2015. They are adding unauthorized "OneBill" fees to my bill that was never in my 12 month lease renewal I signed in November of 2014. When I question them about it they say that BH management hired them to oversee the monthly billing and that I should take it up with BH Management. If I could give this company negative stars I would.
