I don't know why the BBB gives it an A rating, Not enough complaints i guess? I live in Florida and have lived where I am for 1 year now. This is the company we pay for our water, sewage and trash etc. First of all they hardly ever read the water meters if at all for an actual Usage amount.They are over charging people and you can't call or get in touch with NWP at all you have to go to your apartment office and talk to the manager there, then she gets in touch with the company?? But she say's the same thing they never answer there phones you get a recording and they never call you back. One month my daily use of water is 789, next 1000 and then 288, if they are not reading the meters where do they come up with these readings? My bill is never the same. I'm one person in a 2 bedroom apt. I have no washer and dryer, I never use my dishwasher, I really want to know how they are charging us the prices they do? They say they have increases, but you can't get in touch with any one to see if there really was any increases and how much the increase really was? I'm pretty sure they owe us the people money back and we will never see it? Thank God finally my complex is switching water companies in March. But it's a shame that they can get away with this and we will never see our money. How can you rate a company like this? Something really needs to be done about this!!!
