Great Customer Service!
I worked with Maribel Villar and Kevin Kwak on my Greenlight Loans home refinance. I contacted Maribel's supervisor ( Mr. Tobey) because of their EXCELLENT customer service. Maribel guided us through this process and kept us up to date on what we needed
to submit and when. Kevin's communications with us also were always timely. We never felt like we were in the dark. Maribel is an excellent asset to Greenlight. Because of my experience with Maribel and Kevin, I give Greenlight a 4/5 ( only because nothing
is perfect in my mind!).
