Re: My Loan Modification with your company.

I was very impressed with the communication of my processor, Larry Izenberg, who alerted me to the fact that I was losing my property in a Trustee Sale on April 7, 2009.
Nationwide had only received my package three weeks prior to this.
I was most concerned about the coming up with the approximately 6 months worth of payments that I was behind on as well as losing my home.
Larry filled out my paperwork for me, faxed to me for signature and said that he would be able to speak with a negotiator within a few days. With just five days left until my sale date, Larry was able to negotiate with the lender to put all of my back payments for the month of May and then dropped my 30 year fixed of 7% down to a 30 year fixed at 5%.
I greatly appreciated the speed and especially the communication of Larry on behalf of Nationwide Real Estate Solutions.
This is a huge relief to me and I would recommend them to anyone who has a mortgage modification issue.
