Returned item 11/7/11 and ten weeks later 1/18/12 STILL waiting for refund. Have called and emailed customer service seven times and the response is "the check is in the mail". When asked to email me documentation that the check has been issued and mailed, they cannot. They don't answer questions asked but email back with excuses. Customer service is TERRIBLE. This business is disorganized, unresponsive and does not do business in good faith. No one should wait ten weeks for a refund. BUYER BEWARE this company should be avoided at ALL costs.
