Absolutely disgusting customer service
8 year old account frozen for apparently "cheating using an automated program"
All attempts to contact them to find out what program, how, where, and stating I have never used such a thing met with either automated responses or for the last three attempts to contact .... NO RESPONSE AT ALL
And the 11 months left of my annual Premium subscription ? Can be transferred to a new account !!!!!!!
A company that once had my respect ... sadly now just another cash greedy business that has no care for any of its supporters.
Wish there was a ZERO STAR rating here
