I went with this company because my Zenith plasma screen went out, and they were the authorized repair shop. They were close to my home so I was stuck. As of this review, I've yet to receive my plasma screen back. There has been one issue after another with the repair of this TV. But the main problem I have with this company is that no one has ever called to update me on the status of the repairs. The TV was picked up by their people on 09/13/07, today is 11/05/07, and it probably won't arrive until late this week. The personnel at NVS have been elusive and unwilling to give me pertinent information. When told that the repair was to be delivered by end of week I didn't want to wait. I called to drop by and pick up the TV...suddenly it wasn't ready and the repair had failed.
Later, when told on a Monday that it would be done Friday of the same week, and I called to confirm its status on that Friday...I was told that it was somebody else's TV that was ready, that my replacement part had only arrived 15 minutes prior to my call, that the persons' TV that was repaired had a similar sounding name.
This in spite of the fact that I repeatedly spell my name and get the name of those to whom I speak. I'll be glad when this service call will be ended. I've been promised that this repair is to be done by tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath.
