First Time Homebuyer

Being a first time home buyer is both scary and exciting. The team I worked with at New American Funding, Michael Garcia, Teresa Willoughby, and Martha Ibarra made the experience OUTSTANDING. Their in depth knowledge of the process and guidance throughout was immeasurable. I can confidently say that without New American Funding, I would not be in the place I am today and I am eternally grateful. I believe that out of everyone in the home buying world, you want to have the money folks on your side, and I believe that they had my best interest throughout the whole process and they made my dream come true. I submitted an offer on March 1st, signed paperwork on March 27th and the house was officially mine on April 1st!
