This was our first time buying a home. Brenda Bland was excellent and took her time explaining all the loan options and the first time home buyer programs that were available. She was also very patient with my wife and I and all of our neurotic questioning of the process. I called her office to leave a message on the weekend and was transferred to her cell phone, which she answered, on a Sunday! Thanks to Brenda and all the others with New American Funding, our home buying experience was great. Thanks again for all you have done.
