This is a TERRIBLE place!! Do not believe anything you read in their brochure. This is a money-making establishment that does not do anything to help addicts recover. They do not really care if their clients go to meetings, do not do any type of counseling, they just rake in the cash...and the kids are allowed to roam the streets with no direction.
Our adult child went there as a sober person, directly from a rehab, and within 2 weeks was back to using, back to old behaviors. We were not local, so we had no choice but to believe the owner/managers there. "This is where she belongs!" is what they would tell us. If we had any idea early on, we could have saved about $3600 (2 months).
The area may have more people in recovery than anywhere in the country, but what they DON'T tell you is there are more drug dealers there per capita too. Drugs are everywhere, and unless you child (or adult child) is completely committed to sobriety, and strong enough to deal with daily temptations, this is NOT the place for them. Look for other reviews, in fact, better yet, call the DelRay police Dept., and ask them. That is who we finally found out the truth from. Our daughter had almost everything she took with her stolen by the other drug addicts that live there. People staying there wander in and out of each other rooms, and theft is RAMPANT.
The owners/managers are completely uninterested in this information, as long as the cash keeps coming in. TAKE WARNING!!
