Order placed on 7/10/2010--NOTHING has been received as of 11/2/2010. *Mary* with Customer service simply states "I will check on this order" with no results. Extremely slow to respond to email (some go unanswered). Phone calls yield nothing but an answering machine with no call backs. The only reason they have 1 star is because zero stars was not an option.
