Absolutely Disgraceful

Nexon America is a company that produces and offers online games, including many multiplayer games. Some of their games are pretty fun... when they aren't down because of server crashes, lagging horribly, been hacked, or dependent on premium content. The care and maintenance of their servers is almost nonexistent, and anyone who doesn't spend hundreds of dollars on premium content can be at an EXTREME disadvantage. As for their customer service... it doesn't exist at all. Tickets are almost always ignored. I have a ticket open that has been completely ignored since I created it. On the 4th of November. They have only ONE active forum moderator. I used to love the games they have, especially Mabinogi, but until they clean up their act and get it together, I'm not going to bother playing them.
