The answer to recovering a file

I have found the only way to recover a nexon account after hacking.
Step 1: Find a hacker
Step 2: Get him to hack your file back for you, because its DAMN certain nexon wont give it back
As a company, Nexon is absolutely pathetic, their customer support is non-existant and the amount of people who actually have their problem solved is so low, I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IT HAPPENING!!!
As a game provider, I love nexons games, esspecially mabinogi which I've spent several hundred dollars into, only to have my account hacked, and after having no support at all, I've come to the depths of paying a hacker to get it back for me. In honesty, they may as well just hand out free god-mode hacks with the amount of people who hack others and make themselves infinitely powerful. They need to rip their head out of whatever hole its stuck in, because they're going to face legal action sooner or later, because having:
No phone number for support: ILLEGAL
No support email: ILLEGAL
No care or support in any form and never actually answering a ticket personally: I'm just going to go ahead and guess it matches the other answers.
I'm sorry for rating Nexon so high as a 1/5, we all know it should be leagues lower.
