Nexon has nearly non-existent customer service, bad login servers, don't acknowledge any of their issues in maplestory that don't involve hacking items or cash shop errors (such as a large percentage of their players crashing CONSTANTLY for no apparent reason), and combat arms is literally the worst excuse for an mmofps I have ever seen.
