I now know why IndyMac/OneWest Bank have a A+ rating! The BBB closes your complaint up even BEFORE you are satisfied!
You NEED to file a complaint with your states Attorney General!
In my opinion......the BBB is NOT for the consumer.....they really
back the company. They are just a computer generated web site that
really does not care about the consumer. With all of the complaints
against this company why else would they have a A+ rating!
There is corruption every where! Watch your back!
Do not EVER sign a forbearance agreement with this company unless you have in writing the repayment agreement in your possession! They will take your house in the blink of an eye!
