This company has screwed over my mom in a major way. She tried to file for a loan modification and was given every excuse such as they never received her paper work, missing information etc. This process has been going on for almost 1 year. She is a retired senior who worked everyday looking forward to a comfortable retirement, now she is not able to make her mortgage due to a Social Security error and was counting on a loan modification to help her out.
She just found out that modification was DENIED!!! She had every reason to get it, all the circumstances were there but One West Bank denied her. Apparently this company is making more money when the homeowner is forced a foreclosure. They jack you around telling you they are missing paperwork or they never got the fax etc. But in the end they have NO intention on every approving your modification.
My mom is now facing a forced foreclosure and having to find an apartment to rent when she should be enjoying her retirement.
Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and pass this on to all your family and friends in the same situation.
