NO SHELVES IN CABINETS!

We purchased an inexpensive Oak Creek mobile home from this company in early 2017. We paid for upgraded cabinets. However, when we got the trailer we found that the upgraded cabinets did not have shelves or bottoms in them! They were also still made of cheap pressboard, which was what we were trying to avoid. In addition to that there was not enough parts sent to finish woodwork etc. We had to wait a long time before the trailer was finished enough for us to rent (we bought it as a rental). This meant loss of income on the investment.
We expected to get what we paid for. However, who would dream that you'd get cabinets with no shelves & bottoms in them. We feel that this should have been disclosed to us when we bought the trailer. I want to warn others about this and advise them to check and get in writing that shelves will be provided in the cheaper trailers and that the upgraded cabinets will still have the pressboard in them & be cheaply made.
Oak Creek trailers also do not always send all the materials needed to finish out these trailers nor are the trailers well finished when they arrive. They seem to just throw everything together to be finished on site. They do not send the needed parts right away, but will wait till another trailer is sold in your area and send the parts in it to save shipping. It can be a long wait. This is an avoidable problem with proper production control practices.
