I have been a PC customer for several years now. The price keeps going up. This year the sales guy called for a renewal. The price was about $160. I questioned him and he assured me that I needed everything. When the order arrived I opened the tube and went to the CA Labor Dept website to look for postings that are required. Six of the nine posters shipped and charged to me are not required. I am an insurance office, not a manufacturer; so why did I receive a Hazmat poster? I don't need it and never ordered it. I also didn't order an Annual Planning Calendar and don't need the Pregnancy Disability poster because I only have one employee. The other three poster that were sent are not required, I already had, from last year (my order mistake from the upsell last year) and there were no changes to them. So, why did I need an update? The phone sales people don't seem to know what you've got and don't seem to care what you need. They'll sell you anything. Even when you give them the info about your business they put whatever they can stuff into the tube and ship it to you. This will be the last year that I use this company.
