Called Pick Squad Locksmith for service. Explained service request over the phone and the company assured me that they could perform this service. Confirmed the appointment and was informed the appointment was confirmed. Pick Squad Locksmith was two hours late for the confirmed appointment. They were not able to perform the service they assured me was possible. The locksmith spent a total of 5 minutes assessing the lock. Then I was informed that there was a $39.00 charge even though no work was performed. Pick Squad Locksmith has horrible service and is completely unreliable.
